Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9×5 inch baking pan. Combine the pineapple flour, sugar and beer. Do not overmix! Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 1 hour or until bread tests done.
